HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO MAKE?

Please understand to give you more choice of colours and yarns I couldn’t possibly hold all the different types of stock, so ordering in, making up and posting out can take an average of two weeks. Even longer if the piece you have ordered is large and/or detailed.

Please be patient, it will be worth the wait.

WHAT DELIVERY METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

I use My Hermes to deliver your bespoke items, they will deliver to your door, safe place or even your work if its not too far from the delivery address and will contact you beforehand to arrange this.

Items over £100 will require a signature on delivery but this can be the household or neighbour.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

I’m sorry, at this time I only deliver to UK address’s. Hopefully in the future I will ship outside the UK.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

My Hermes usually deliver within 2 to 3 working days of receipt of the package.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY BESPOKE ITEMS?

Each product page has the details of how to care for the wool you have just purchased, but sent with your delivery will be a care sheet of how to wash and dry your item.

IF MY ITEM DOESN’T FIT CAN I RETURN IT?

Because all items are made up to your wishes, only if an item is sent incorrectly can it be returned, so please double check your sizes.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Only if an item is sent incorrectly can you return it. Please get in touch with us ASAP using the Contact Form on this website. All returns will be Freepost.
