I use 48 hours tracked to deliver your items. If you require a faster service then please get in touch - an additional fee may be needed for this service.
How long will it take to get my package?
48 hours tracked will normally get to you within 2 working days, but please allow a couple more days before reporting any problems.
Do you ship internationally?
I’m sorry, at this time I only deliver to UK addresses. Hopefully in the future I will ship outside the UK.
Where is my parcel?
Once your purchase has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all of the tracking information.
Can I return an item?
Buy It Now items can be returned at the buyer's cost where tags and conditions are as new. Bespoke items will only be accepted as a return if its faulty on receipt, also at the buyer's cost. Please see Ts & Cs for full returns policy.
